Terms of Service

By using Reze, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future modifications.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using Reze immediately.

Reze is a Discord bot that provides game-related, utility, and entertainment features within Discord servers.

Reze is an independent fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., Chainsaw Man, MAPPA, Shueisha, or any of their respective owners, licensors, or affiliates.

To use Reze, you must:

Have a valid Discord account.

Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Meet Discord's minimum age requirement and any applicable legal age requirements in your jurisdiction.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Reze.

This license may be revoked at any time if you violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

Use Reze for any unlawful purpose.

Exploit bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or unintended game mechanics.

Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the Bot's operation.

Spam commands or intentionally overload the service.

Use automation, macros, self-bots, scripts, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage.

Harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm other users through Reze.

Circumvent restrictions, cooldowns, moderation systems, or gameplay limitations.

Violations may result in warnings, account restrictions, progression resets, suspensions, or permanent bans.

To provide gameplay features, Reze stores limited information necessary for the operation of the Bot.

This may include:

Discord User IDs

Discord Server IDs

Player profiles

Inventories

Cards, currencies, achievements, and progression data

Game statistics

Configuration settings

Reze does not store message content or direct messages unless explicitly required by a feature.

Additional information regarding data collection and handling can be found in the Reze Privacy Policy.

Reze may provide virtual items, currencies, cards, achievements, collectibles, or other in-game content.

These items:

Have no real-world monetary value.

Are non-transferable unless a feature explicitly allows transfers.

May not be exchanged for real-world goods, services, or currency.

May be modified, balanced, reset, removed, or discontinued at any time.

We reserve the right to correct exploits, duplicated items, unintended rewards, fraudulent progression, or other gameplay issues.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your Discord account.

Any actions performed through your account.

Ensuring your use of Reze complies with applicable laws and Discord policies.

The Reze development team is not responsible for unauthorized access to your Discord account.

Reze is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that:

The Bot will always be available.

Features will remain unchanged.

The Bot will be free of bugs, errors, or interruptions.

Stored game data will never be lost.

Any specific feature will continue to exist indefinitely.

Maintenance, outages, updates, balancing changes, and unexpected technical issues may occur without prior notice.

To maintain a fair environment, users may not:

Abuse bugs or exploits.

Use self-bots, macros, scripts, automation, or third-party software to gain unfair advantages.

Manipulate game systems in unintended ways.

Engage in fraud, account boosting, account sharing for competitive advantage, or artificial progression.

Abuse alternate accounts to bypass restrictions or obtain unintended benefits.

Violations may result in penalties including warnings, resets, suspensions, or permanent bans.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, reset, or permanently terminate access to Reze at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

Violations of these Terms.

Abuse of gameplay systems.

Harmful, disruptive, or malicious behavior.

Security concerns.

Actions that negatively impact the stability or integrity of the service.

We are not obligated to provide prior notice before taking action.

Reze, including its software, source code, branding, logos, original designs, custom card frames, user interfaces, game systems, mechanics, and other original assets created specifically for the Bot, are the property of the Reze development team.

Reze may feature or reference characters, names, artwork, images, trademarks, logos, and other materials originating from third-party franchises, games, anime, manga, or other intellectual property holders.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

Reze and its developers do not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property.

All rights to third-party characters, names, artwork, trademarks, and copyrighted materials belong to their respective owners.

The inclusion of such content within Reze does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with the respective rights holders.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercialize Reze's original assets without permission from the Reze development team.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights to users.

If you are a rights holder and believe content within Reze infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at rezetcg@gmail.com and we will review the matter promptly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reze and its developers shall not be liable for:

Loss of game progress

Loss of virtual items or currencies

Service interruptions

Data loss

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

Your use of Reze is at your own risk.

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication. Continued use of Reze after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
