Reze may offer digital products and services, including but not limited to:
Premium memberships
Virtual currencies
Card packs
Cosmetic items
Special features
Other digital content
All purchases are for digital goods and services delivered electronically.
Due to the nature of digital goods and services, all purchases are generally considered final and non-refundable once the purchased content, benefits, or services have been delivered to the user's account.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that access to digital content may begin immediately and may therefore waive any applicable right to cancel where permitted by law.
Refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, including:
Duplicate purchases caused by a billing error
Unauthorized transactions
Failure to deliver purchased content due to a technical issue that cannot be reasonably resolved
Situations where a refund is required by applicable law

Account suspensions or bans resulting from violations of the Terms of Service

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Reze development team may result in:
Suspension of premium benefits
Removal of purchased digital content
Temporary or permanent restrictions on the associated account
Nothing in this section limits rights granted under applicable law.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.
Refund processing times may depend on the policies and procedures of the payment provider and financial institution involved.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment services.
